Constructing with Luomoa's Modular system is many times faster compared to the traditional way of building.
Since Modular elements are manufactured in our factory in advance, the worksite phase is efficient and short. Only furniture-type installation work is carried out on the site, which is almost dust-free and eliminates protection, waiting and drying times. The premises can thus be in use very quickly; the owner's rent income starts without delay, and the user immediately receives income from his own business.
Time and cost savings also derive from connections to other worksite processes: scheduling is managed, and for example, electrical work can be done in one go by simple connection to pre-piped elements.
